Great experience training with Lina. She’s supportive, thoughtful, and really listens to what you need. I couldn’t keep a consistent routine because of work and family life, but I’d absolutely recommend her. I also had a wonderful session with Terri who covered for Lina once and the experience was also excellent. It feels like Kate has a wonderful team and I hope I will be back working with them soon!

I really enjoyed training with Ailbhe during my pregnancy. She was great at putting together workouts tailored to the stage I was at and adapting them according to my energy levels and how I was feeling each week. She is also a really lovely, positive person who’s fun to spend time with and very passionate and knowledgeable about women’s health and fitness pre and post natally.

I can’t recommend KBPT enough. After about 8 years of doing no exercise, I struggled to even know where to begin. I wanted to loose weight, feel lighter, sleep better and change eating and drinking patterns. I’ve joined gyms before, I’d had the guys there show me the basics but I never felt they understood what I wanted or needed. I didn’t really know what I needed or what to do! Despite having a gym in my building I only knew how to press start button on the treadmill. I was also extremely aware of what I thought was all eyes on me in an intimidating environment. And I’m not a shy person! I google searched female PTs in east London. KBPT popped up so I emailed and got a very quick reply from Kate. Warm, friendly, encouraging we had our video call and Kate matched me up with Lidia. She’s been amazing. Her approach is motivating and understanding, she’s encouraging but firm when I moan and say I can barely do another rep; she knows I can and gets the best out of me! “Just 5 more seconds to go, give me one more”. I’ve been weight training now since August. Who knew that would get such amazing results as well as totally overhauling eating patterns. I’ve gone down nearly two jeans sizes and my belts o the last hole after staring on the first. Sessions are easy to arrange in advance and flexible if I have an unexpected work trip the following week for example. Thank you to Kate for setting up this brilliant PT company and making those tentative steps so easy. Thanks to Lidia for being so incredibly knowledgeable about health, fitness, exercise, diet and working around any niggling injuries. I can’t recommend enough!

Have been training with them for one year already, I started 3 months post-partum and continue now that I'm back to work and will continue for as long as I live in East London. I love so many things about them: - Personalised training that matched my goals, even as they shifted from post-partum recovery to weight loss then to muscle building and beyond. - Flexibility with times and days to train. - Convenience, with them coming to my own home and my own equipment, even holding a baby while I'm finishing a set. - So much positive energy, guaranteed to make me feel nice afterwards whatever my mood was to start with.
