About

I love Praag / I Love Krakow is a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator offering guided walks through the open-air museum of several Central European cities. We operate in Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava and are organized as a club of the most experienced local guides. Many of our guides bring over ten years of city-tour experience and previously worked for the largest tour operators in these cities. We created I Love Praag because we love these capitals, and our guides have embraced a new, fitting challenge sharing their deep local knowledge and stories.

This describes the operator's background and the international character of our team. It reflects the Dutch, English and German roots of the company rather than a single national identity.

Why was I Love Praag started?

We started I Love Praag because we love these European capitals and wanted a different approach to guiding. Our guides left larger operators and found a fresh, fitting challenge here.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
